This is coming from a player of over 10 years off and on (mostly off in the last 4 years). However, the game hasn’t received a patch in literal years, and has never received regular updates. Greetings Heroes, We are deeply sorry for all the trouble caused by the unexpected server issues that started on March 16th. Support is completely useless, shows almost no communication to the players, and makes no effort to address the many bugs in game. If the actual servers go down, they will address it usually the same day, but implement no changes to avoid future downtime (that are communicated).

If you download the apk on a computer, make sure to move it to your android device. When support did implement bug fix attempts, they would take the servers down completely for hours or longer, rather than releasing an App Store patch to fix stuff.
